Information we collect

Payment data
BRP does not store full credit-card numbers on our systems. Payment information is processed by PCI-compliant third-party processors over SSL-encrypted connections.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, to understand how the site is used, and to measure our advertising. These include Google Analytics (provided by Google) and the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms), which collect information such as the pages you visit, the device and browser you use, your approximate location, and the website or ad that referred you. When you place an order, we link the order (order number, products, and amounts, but not your name, email, address or payment details) to your site visit so we can measure which pages and campaigns lead to purchases. You may disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
Site entry record
When you enter this website, we keep a cookie for 30 days confirming you accepted the Site Entry Terms, along with a record of that acceptance that stores a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, never the address itself.
Compliance monitoring
We use Beacon, a compliance service from Testament Technologies, which reads the public text of our product pages to check them against research-use standards. It does not run on account, cart or checkout pages, and it does not receive your personal information.
Data retention
We retain order and account information for the duration of our business relationship and as required by law (typically 7 years for transactional records). You may request deletion of your account at any time.
