This website is operated by BRP Research Group, LLC, doing business as Bio Research Peptides and BRpeps.com (“Seller” or “the company”). These Site Entry Terms & Acknowledgments (the “Entry Terms”) apply to every visitor who elects to enter this website (“Visitor”). By checking the required acknowledgments on the site-entry gate and selecting Enter, Visitor agrees to these Entry Terms. Placing an order is governed separately by the Checkout Terms & Attestation Agreement presented at checkout.
2. Company purpose: laboratory research materials
Seller is a supplier of laboratory research materials, including research-use-only peptides and related reagents (the “Materials”). The company does not operate a consumer retail store for personal, household, or clinical use. Product listings, catalogs, and related content are provided for qualified research buyers and institutional purchasers.
3. Research use only: no human use
All Materials described on this website are intended strictly for laboratory research use only. Materials are not foods, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, or dietary supplements. Visitor acknowledges that Materials are not for: • human consumption, administration, injection, inhalation, or topical application; • diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, or household purposes; or • any use requiring regulatory approval that has not been obtained by the purchaser.
4. Business / institutional visitors
Access is intended for visitors acting for a business, laboratory, academic institution, or other organizational research purpose. This website is not intended for personal, family, household, or other consumer browsing or purchasing.
5. Age and capacity
Visitor is at least the minimum age stated on the site-entry gate (twenty-one (21) years unless a higher threshold is displayed) and has legal capacity to agree to these Entry Terms.
6. Lawful access and use
Visitor represents that Visitor is legally authorized to access information about the Materials in Visitor’s jurisdiction, and that subsequent purchase, receipt, possession, or use (if any) will comply with applicable law. Visitor is solely responsible for compliance with laws, regulations, institutional policies, and safety requirements applicable to Visitor.
7. No medical or regulatory claims
Seller makes no claims that Materials diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product identification and catalog information do not constitute medical, legal, or regulatory advice.
8. Electronic acknowledgment
Visitor’s affirmative selection of each required acknowledgment checkbox on the site-entry gate, together with submission of Enter, constitutes Visitor’s electronic acknowledgment of these Entry Terms. A signed cookie binding the Entry Terms version and age threshold, and a hashed-IP audit event, may be retained as evidence of entry assent.
9. Relationship to checkout terms
If Visitor later places an order, the Checkout Terms & Attestation Agreement controls for that purchase. If there is a conflict regarding research-use-only status or buyer qualifications at the time of purchase, the Checkout Terms control for those subjects. These Entry Terms control for website access and browsing.
10. Governing terms
